We the undersigned call on Facebook to immediately remove all Facebook Pages for Myanmar military companies and products.
We welcome Facebook taking down military pages used to recruit soldiers and spread lies and propaganda. Now you need stop letting the military use your platform to raise money.
Facebook still hosts dozens of pages which promote military products and brands. Profits from these companies help fund the military and the human rights violations they commit.
The Myanmar military have held a coup, and are accused of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity by United Nations investigators, yet still they are allowed to use Facebook to raise funds to commit their crimes.
Please take immediate action to remove the rest of the Myanmar military pages from your platforms.
