The highest UN court in the world issued emergency orders to stop ongoing genocide of the Rohingya, but the Burmese military is ignoring those orders.
In 2017 we saw the consequences of allowing the Burmese military to get away with escalating violence against the Rohingya. The military took it as a green light to escalate violence. There were mass killings and rape, and more than 800,000 people forced to flee for their lives. Most of them were children.
We can’t make the same mistake and allow the Burmese military to continue to escalate violence against the Rohingya.
