The UN Security Council isn’t doing its job.
Tell the UN Security Council to pass a binding resolution which should:
- Refer Burma to the International Criminal Court so that violations of human rights can be investigated and those responsible prosecuted.
- Impose an arms embargo to stop the supply of arms and military equipment to the Burmese military.
- Ban the supply of aviation fuel to Burma to help stop airstrikes by the Burmese military.
- Impose sanctions on the military, its companies and state-owned enterprises which fund the Burmese military.
